Worst ISP possible

Absolutely awful ISP. I cancelled with them after a year and I had the worst experience. They set my cancellation on their own for two months and afterwards when I tried to go over to mweb, I found out they had a hold on my line with TTConnect , another useless company for almost two weeks.

So they never told me this. So now effectively punishing me for leaving them. Now I am without internet for a week so far. Who does this. Extremely unprofessional.

I never want to deal with them again.
