Worst ISP of 2021

Cancelled my line with them as I was porting to Afrihost. Followed all the correct procedures as they instructed me to do. They disconnected my line on Saturday but didnt place it in the porting pool. I called and was told they can only help me Monday morning as the lines dept is closed on weekends.
