Worst ISP in the country

I signed up with Axxess in April 2019 and honestly, I was very happy. I got what I paid for. At the end of November/beginning of December 2019 they made the switch over from Cell C LTE to MTN LTE. I have not had any internet connection for 18 days now. I have called numerous times and no one can tell me the issue. I would never recommend this useless ISP to anyone.
