Worst ISP in South Africa

I have taken out Uncapped LTE with Axxess since the day I got the sim I have had no connection . The technical staff are unprofessional , rude and very very slow to give updates on support tickets unless you call in where you can be on a call for 45 mins for them to cut the call on you. Its been 5 days and no updates or resolution for the issue. I have logged a request with them to cancel my service immediately and for a full refund which I probably will not get. Please stay clear of Axxess as they are honestly the worst ISP in South Africa.
