WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA

Hi, you want to know which ISP is the worst as far as customer service goes, that is AXXESS. (IF I could, I would take stars away, unfortunately I had to give one to write this review.) We are a long standing Reseller for Axxess and pay over R12000 a month for services. Because their ProForma Invoice for this month was wrong, there was an outstanding amount of R1.32. They have now suspended all our services. Their accounts department does not answer emails and if you phone them, you wait for 20 minutes with irritating music. I would definitely NOT recommend them.
