!!! - Worst ISP I have every used - !!!

The worst experience ever!!!

Ask to cancel subscriptions on the 30 March as we are moving (this was on the 13th March when I requested it), next thing I know they have released my line to Telkom, we have had no internet for a week and we work from home when I phone the help centre and queried the problem, they proceeded to blame Telkom.

I then spend hours on the phone trying to deal with the call centre agents who know nothing about nothing. I repeatedly asked to speak to a more senior adviser but instead get put on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time.

THE worst company/service I have ever experienced.
