Worst ISP I have ever experienced (0 Stars - Never USE) - Good price though

<p>Axxess is probably the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. So bad, my issues are in bullet form:<br /><br />- Support isn't live and can take days to respond. <br />- Support is also useless as I had to peronally follow up about support issues, instead of them contacting me to inform me of anything. <br />- After line installation, had line drops which I had requested support for...took 2 months and me talking directly to Telkom to resolve. <br />- Support issues would be closed even if they weren't resolved. <br />- Billing is a complete mess, received 9 invoices two months in a row (should have been 1), of them billing, then crediting back their mistake, then billing again, crediting, billing, crediting...you get the idea.<br />- Logged an issue, but their issue checker was down, so they closed my issue and said that their issue checker is down....that was it. </p> <p>- Wanted to charge me for their services...even when I couldn't use it because they hadn't completed Telkom's ISP transfer correctly.<br /><br />Basically, if you have the option, use any other service but Axxess. The only thing they get right, is the taking your money part....it just takes them a few tries for that too. <br /><br />Must be government run...</p>
