Worst ISP ever

It's a pity you cannot give them less than 1 star, i would have given no stars at all. I am with axxess for more than 5 years and they were great but now they are worse than sea-snake dung on the bottom of the ocean. For the past three to four months i complained about slow LTE speed where i had a 200 GB Capped line unthrottled speed and got stuck with .63 Mb/s speed. After that i down graded to 100 GB uncapped and according to them I've used 100 GB in 10 days but send numerous screenshots in those day of slow to none speed but still managed to use up 100 GB in 10 days. Switched back to 200 GB and thought now the speed will go back to normal or above normal but ookla speedtest doesn't even open, so slow is the LTE 4G internet at the moment. Opened up several tickets and where promised that it will be investigated but nothing happened. I cancelled my internet but their cancellation is happening over 2 months. After this month their debit order will be cancelled by me at my bank and they can gft if i will use them longer than this month. If this is the way they treat old clients, then it is better to write them off as no and utterly useless ISP. My advise to potential new users of axess: STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BIG TIME.
