WORST ISP EVER

Hi There I just moved over from MWEB to Axxess thinking that i am switching over to the best ISP. Biggest mistake and highly regrettable . I have had appalling service from almost every department regarding my ADSL line upgrade and billing query. Every person that i have spoken to has given me different information. ANIKA from your accounts and billing department is rude and absolutely arrogant and she has also given me wrong information, and she has also made me pay R74 for nothing , after insisting that my line upgrade is pending payment. ANIKA's treatment and her rudeness has really upset me, so mush so that i am now seriously considering cancelling with Axxess. I never had these type of issues with MWEB. With Axxess there isn't any accountability with every person pushing you onto the next person. No clarity whats so ever. Its like you dont know who to turn to for assistance.
