WORST ISP EVER

This is by far the worst ISP out there. It takes them more than a day to respond to my support emails. They offer me no support for my internet not working after I have sent numerous support emails, when I requested a refund they gave me some bull**** that they don't do refunds on LTE services. They are very quick to send emails about payments but when it comes to customer service they are absolutely useless. My services has been working for two entire months and all of a sudden they say that my area has.no coverage that's why my services is no longer working.
