Worst ISP

I am not able to get emails now for 4 days. Sites don’t open. I had to complain 2 days that I can’t open any vpn connections and they said I should take a fixed ip. That I did, and I told them, so I must pay R39 extra now to get my stuff working. The lady on the chat said I don’t have to pay, yet I received an invoice for it. So today I am looking to move over all my account to another provider, and not even the providers site open. So now I can’t move over to another provider because axxess decided that I can’t open other websites. Ohh yes, did I mention that EVERYTHING works fine when I switch over to my mobile data?
