WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD

This is absolutely the most useless internet service provider I have ever come across. They can just as well call themselves Eskom because we have DAILY wifi “load shedding” for at least 4 (sometimes more) hours. They have no explanation as to why this is happening and their customer support wants to ‘escalate’ you to management when you get a little rude out of frustration. How can the owners have pride in their business when they are cheating everyone! We are ending our contract as no solution seems to be on the horizon.
