Worst Internet Service Provider ever used!!!!

This is the most inefficient Internet Service Provider I have ever used. I have made numerous calls to their Technical Support department. Reported Faults and to date no one can assist. so I have no internet, and I have paid for. Fault 79BNK040524 was closed with no resolve, when i call again its going over the same stuff. worst experience ever!!!!!
