Worst Internet and customer service ever!!!!!!!!

Worst internet provider to sign up with, begining of June I signed up with them through their website, not knowing that I will struggle to actually get any type of service from them and everytime you phone and ask about your line or connection you must hear +- 4 weeks always, they don't follow up on customers and all that they can say is I apologize for the inconvenience. Most *********** consultants and will throw you from one department to another and all you will be doing is waisting your time and airtime.
