Worst Fibre ISP in SA

Its been over a week with continuous internet cut offs. We have been logged out of teams/zoom meetings, its a 20/20 line but everything we watch buffers like its a adsl line. I have sent more than 8 emails and non of their people are willing to help or resolve the problem. Their service is pathetic. I would advise no one to use their service as all they do is take your money and do not deliver what they selling you. They have no after sales service other than to s of emails to do it yourself or promise what they never will do. Its disgusting.
