Worst customer service

If I could give ZERO star, I would!! Axxess’ service has completely gone downhill. My Wifi barely reaches 6 mbps, and after 4pm it’s practically useless. I’ve restarted my router more than 6 times since 6am today yet nothing changes.

Whats even worse is their shocking customer support. I waited 40 minutes for help, only for their agent, Ntombizanele, to ignore my messages for ages before finally responding. This is the worst customer service!

I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years, but after this appalling experience, I’m seriously considering switching to a service provider that values its customers.
