Worst customer service ever

I have never received such a poor service. My new account was pro-rated R271 and I paid R275 on the 18th my service was only activated on the 19th sadly. Today it's the 22nd and my service is canceled again 😞 due to payment, when I follow up they can't activate my service I must pay R35. Like really guys?
