Worst customer service ever.

Their ad caught my attention, i signed up with them, got my sim delivered. Paying R379 for what is supposed to be 50mbps for both download and upload speed, weeeeh guys suddenly im getting 2.33 download speed and 0.98 upload speed, I'm working from home i cant even hear customers on the phone it buffers like nobody's business. When i reached out to them its like the consultant was even irritated by me, and i was told they don't care about upload speed they only care about download speed, but you think they did something about it?? Mxm i wish. This is yhe worst company ever.
