Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

This is the worst service I have every received from a company. I cancelled my service at the end of July 2024 giving one months' notice which was August 2024. They now tell me that the service will only be cancelled at the end of September 2024. Each time I log a ticket, someone else gets back to me and I have to explain the reason again.
