Worst customer service

I had fiber through Axxess and I called customer service to inform them that I'm relocating they hang up on me I ordered home internet online router was delivered and it didn't work I was told through WhatsApp platform that it is because I didn't pay. I immediately made a payment still it's not connecting. I posted on their Facebook page and got response through messenger and was informed I will get a call while I'm having access to the router I requested a call at 4pm and was never called. At this point I don't want anything from them just my money back their service is pathetic.
