WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS

hi ive had the worst experience of my life and using axxess as a service provider my internet has been off and i cant get any answers as to why they keep refering me to accounts/line departments but i just cannot get this issue resolved.
