WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTERNET CONNECTION

A one star is too good for the service received, The internet connection is extremely unstable and the customer service beyond bad and unhelpful. I have a monthly renewal contract which I need to cancel with immediate effect as it took Axxess 5 days to address the fault. Now they mention that there is a calender month notice and will debit me for an extra month when I'm not using their services. Worst service ever, AXXESS service is worst than telkom.
