Worst costumer service and product

Business uncapped line not working properly for a week !!!! Phone everyday and everyday I hear the same thing, "we will escalate the problem". In the mean time I am paying for a service that I don't get. No follow up calls, no assistance at all. Do not know what else to do. These people just don't care about any of their clients, Definitely WORST ISP ever !!!!
