Worst company ever

Shocking service. I've been a customer for years, added a new address servive. It's been 5 days since I've requested activation and still nothing. No supervisor to talk to, they just keep saying they'll escalate and someone will contact me. Still waiting, seriously as bad as Eskom. Get your act together Axxess
