Worst Client service ever experienced

Bad customer service! Send multiple emails. No response to any of my tickets!!

Call Center consultants are poorer than poor! One even told me that maybe I should just find another Service Provider!

I ask them as their client, to just try and help me sort out THEIR mess but no help! They couldn't care less!! Absolutely poor and useless
