Worse service and very unscroupoulus

The most horrible unrelaible unscroupulous ISP in South Africa. account 330303 I ordered their service on June 02; on June 04, they sent an SMS that my service was active on the 04,05,06,07 I called them to advise I do not have service, and their techs advised I should buy their router at R249; that is for the courier, as they can't use my current router. I refused on the 9th. I cancelled, noting they insisted I pay a cancellation fee of R499 today. As I write this, it's the 02 August, and they still haven't released my line. Axxess are ******* with the worst service ever. Don't waste your time and money to sign with them
