Worse service

If I could rate them minus I would. it would be quicker to become an American president than getting service from them. i don’t have any option but go through them due to Frogfoot being the only fibre provider in my complex. I cannot go directly to Frogfoot, so I am stuck with this terrible service, possibly worse in Africa. avoid them all cost if possible, from sales, accounts, technical support. they are just a shower of **** to work with. Nx their lines department are the worse/
