Worse internet providers axess

For over 2 weeks we have no internet access,calling through everyday and still not resolved , asked for a credit for the days that it has not been working and no one seems to be able to assist. Absolutely pathetic service we call in they make us hold on the line or they keep saying they have escalated the matter, I asked for the line to be changed to something that can work that to seems to be an issue . There has been no compassion or support from our service provider and it's so disappointing and frustrating as we work from home and to get this kind of service is just unacceptable.
