Will take your money, not give your data, and unable to resolve your issue without a fight.

I upgraded my service with Axxess, and they have been debiting from my account since November 2023. Since upgrading my account, I have been unable to get any data from them. I contacted their support early in January, and they said it will be resolved. Then I contacted them again, and this time I kept on insisting that they need to help me. After nearly 2 hours of explaining that my data never works, the consultant, very reluctantly, checked if it's something to do with the upgrade I requested. Thereafter, I was notified that the sim I am using does not allow for an upgrade. I am not sure how you allow someone to use a sim that does not work on your system, or how buying more data on the same sim card somehow changes the properties of the sim card, Now, I have to contact their accounts department so that they can fix their error.
