Will purposefully throttle you and forget you're throttled for 5 months, and then won't do anything about it or admit they're wrong

They'll throttle you at the start of the month for no reason and then forget to unthrottle you for the rest of the month, and they'll repeat that for a few months.

They are purposefully sabotaging my line by throttling it constantly. The fair usage limit goes up to 1tb on the package... But its impossible to even download 100gb of that. On a good day ill get 40mpbs, but that's only one 1 good day in the month because then they'll think they're funny and throttle me down to a constant 250kbps for the rest of the month.

Then, support decides to be rude and just copy/paste advice and not hear out what the actual problem is, and then they'll just ignore you and ask for more speed tests and send you more copy/paste advice (because they're cheap support people who don't know what they're talking and they're reading from a script).

This company is run by amateurs and ****bags who are literally *****ing from me.
