Will never use Axxess again

This business has the worst service possible. The take more that 3 days to reply to support tickets or sometimes do not reply at all. I ordered a lte sim from them and uploaded my rica docs. 2 days later they tell me the docs are wrong so i upload a new set and this time its accepted. 2 days later i ask when my sim will arrive and 2 days after that i get a answer that i have to upload my rica docs???? What? I did that 2 days ago?? It has been another 3 days and still no answer on when my sim will arrive. And i have been billed twice now!!! I will never do business with axxess again. I want a full refund on both invoices and you can keep the sim thank you
