Where is the loyalty?

We've been a reseller for Axxess DSL for a few years now, and would strongly recommend choosing a different supplier if you are thinking of reselling adsl.
We sell over R 10 500.00 worth of products through Axxess every month, which is why it is so frustrating that when our Axxess account is R13.20 overdrawn, instead of contacting our accounts department and asking to deposit R13.20, they will make our name mud in front of all our clients and suspend all services...even the ones which have been paid for causing you to lose a lot of business. You would think Axxess would have the decency to contact you and ask you to deposit R13.20 instead of causing mayhem with over 20 clients and causing you to lose a few of them as a result of this being on month end, but this is not the case.
They do their own thing, without realizing they are also hurting themselves because when you lose a client, they do too.
Hello Warren.Joyce,

Thank you for taking the time to write this report. Unfortunately due to previous ********** transactions we have been forced to change the reseller cut off date to the first of the month. We have implemented a system where we send our pro-forma invoices a couple of days before month end to let all our clients know what their renewal amounts are, and exactly how much they need to pay. The only reason you might need to pay more than what was quoted on your pro-forma invoice was if there was any service changes or new services added after the pro-forma invoices have been sent out. If there has been any changes made on your profile after the pro-forma has been sent out, you can donwload a new pro-forma invoice from your RCP.
