Where is my line?
I requested info regarding the line transfer & was told \The transfer of the ADSL Line usually takes between 5 minutes - 1 day once it is in the holding pool.\" I received an sms & email confirmation from Telkom that the line is in the holding pool & ready for the ISP & app**** for transfer at Axxess immediately. I called Axxess and told them that this was the case. After a few hours I received an email that Axxess requested the line & that this will take up to 2 weeks & that my line will be suspended after 5 days, but until then there will be no downtime. My line was suspended immediately (phone still active) & I have been out of service for the last 6 days. How did this go from 5min to 2 weeks? What is Axxess waiting for if Telkom has provided proof that it is in the holding pool? Why am I getting so many promises that keep changing? Also, before it was cut off, both my capped & my mobile accounts on Axxess were severely throttled before 20:30, despite your website saying they will not be throttled. Why should I resort to HP, your customer service has become terrible over the last few years. Considering the number of complaints here, why has this not been recognized and rectified?"
