Where has the service level gone

<p>This company used to be top of the game. I promoted it to all who wanted to hear. Unfortuantely, of late, the service and quality has dwindled. In the past, when they were still "small", you got brilliant service - fast and efficiant. Now, after days and days and multiple email, and STILL NO ANSWER, I am forced to write here to see if I get some reaction. <br /><br />My 10M uncapped business line (not the cheapest around I might add) used to service me well, but now there is so much slow / down time that I am seriously thinking of moving my ISP to someone else. This really saddens me as I truly enjoyed Axxess....</p>
