What's going on at Axxess

If you want to waste your time and money then sign up to Axxess. Very quick to take your money but in rush to deliver any service. A non-existent customer service. Responds to tickets after 2 weeks or not at all. I have tickets that I opened months ago and haven't received a response.

Decided to get the MTN Lte package but have been waiting weeks for a sim card to be delivered even though I live in the same city as the office.

It's time that we all lodge a complaint at ISPA so this sh*t business can be shut down
