What service delivery ?

Seeing all the issues logged, I surely made a big mistake supporting Axxess.

Rude and obnoxious staff members, Tickets not even logged and constant service disruption. With the technology at their fingertips, they are still unable to perform simple support functions from the servicedesk.

As I IT professional in the service delivery arena I can safely say "No Service at all".
