What happened? Should be ashamed of yourselves!

Axxess went from being one of the top rated ISP's in South Africa, winning numerous prestigious awards over the years to now being one of the most ***********, unreliable and arrogant companies out there.

Service is non existent, however to be fair there are a few who do their best and I truly feel sorry for them working for this sham of a company. You'll wait ages to get through to them on the phone. Getting through to a Telkom agent is faster. It just goes to show that if you wait that long to speak to someone, they are either short staffed or they are dealing with endless problems.

Their technical support agents in general are not there to really help you once you finally get through to them and you get the feeling from their attitude that they either hate their job or hate you for calling them.

If I didn't know any better I'd say Axxess has been taken over by the ANC and is being run into the ground like every other SOE. In the end I dumped all their services and left.
