Wendy is Amazing! Axxess is amazing!!

I was having internet issues with my fibre and was assisted by a lady by the name of Wendy. Vumatel was having issues on their side yet Wendy went through every possible troubleshooting step to assist me. My airtime was low so she offered to call me instead. She kept calling me back to check up on me and ensure everything was resolved and then she thanked me for my patience. Thank you for your patience Wendy you went out of your way to help me in my desperate moment and done so amazingly. Someone give that lady a Bells!!!
