Well if it continues like this I will be a happy customer

After 3 months of terrible service from Cool/Vumatel I decided to switch from fibre to fixed LTE. I placed my order (for the Telkom service) via axxess on the Thursday before the Easter weekend. The chip was couriered from PE and arrived on the following Wednesday. The installation just required the SIM to be installed in my router. I let it for a couple of hours expecting some RICA delays and turned on the router..magically I now have the service that Cool and Vuma were unable to provide. Maybe not as fast at fibre on a good day, but fantastic against my last 3 months experience.
