WARNING: Do not get uncapped!

<p>I have an Axxess home uncapped account, it was great for about a year. They never use to "manage" your account until now. I have a 20Mbps line which now means they "manage" you at 200GB which they sneakily brought in who knows when in their AUP terms (which is hard to find on their site as well, let alone to keep an eye on it). And no, I did not get an email or any other notifications on the changes either.</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is that they dont let you know that you have or is about to exceed the the 200GB usage on your UNCAPPED account (I have to log a ticket so that a support consultant with bad grammer can tell me Im being "managed" and I must read the T's and C's sarcastically), which is easy for my 5 memeber family to do. So you will have to manually watch your GIGS on your UNCAPPED account. They say that they will "manage" your account by 50% but I have 43kbps connection as im typing this saying otherwise. (which took for ever to connect to Hello Peter). They also dont "manage" you by calendar month but from last 30 days usage. Which great cause this means im being "managed" on the 4th of May.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here is the thing:</p> <p>Home Uncapped + 20mbps line + Shapped + 200GB "mannaged" AKA capped for R775.</p> <p>Home 400GB Capped + 20mbps line + Unshapped for R779. + your Gigs get to roll over each month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Uncapped is a wrothless product at Axxess. Even if you take premium you will just be paying more for what the capped already get and premium still gets "managed" the same as normal uncapped. </p> <p>Makes 100% perfect sense!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be going capped. </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Jacques </p>
