voip service is support is a joke - simple call fwrding cant be done by user and support unable to do what they are asked

got a voip nr ordered the phone from Axxess - send rica docs as requested all in order waited a week for phone delivery - had to follow up on documents was asked to send again phone worked all good - then wanted to change call fwding so all unanswered calls get fwded to a cellphone - could not do it system does not allow me to do this - have to phone axxess support who then have to log a request with their development department who then have to do a simple thing like fwd all UNANSWERED call to a cellphone - after waiting 15 minutes for my call to be answered I was told two hours they have to request as said etc etc etc..... right two hours later ALL CALLS WAS BEING FWRDED every single one not only unanswered - it is now day 3 trying to get axxess to do what I asked the first time they seem unable to do a simple thing like call fwding as requested. Ridiculous!!! and dont think the online assistance is any better!!! all they say is we'll send a request or escalate etc etc etc - axxess is absolute shait when it comes to support and promises of we'll phone you back. well get it done withing two hours - ******* put an hour aside jsut to try and get them on the phone for support the waiting on the line is rediculous then the agent can help has to be escalated etc etc
