VOIP Number not ported 7 days after scheduled date.

Decided to move our business from Afrihost to Axxess. Big mistake. The port of our phone number was scheduled to be completed on 20/7/2021. 7 Days later, numerous calls from our side (Not one from their side even though they said they will call as to let us know.)and promise after promise we sit with our clients not being able to contact us. Think it is time to can them before they cost us more money.
