Vexed
Having lost my job I unfortunately missed a payment with my ISP (internet Service Provided). They then suspended my service due to non-payment. I fully agree with this as you should not get something unless you pay for it. Looking at turning my internet on again, I am advised I need to pay for the current month. The entire and full payment. To this I asked as simple question, which is, why should I pay for a service which you did not provide. Had I been actively using the internet after no payment was received, then I fully understand, yet my services have been suspended since the very beginning of the month. Since the service was not provided and therefore went unused, I do not see the reason why I should pay for the month. The simple concept is this. When you start your service you then need to pay pro-rata for the remaining time that you'll be using the service and you do not pay for an entire month. I feel this same logic needs to be app****
