VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I thought I would be able to save some money and frustration by joining axxess dsl, since I have learnt that Telkom is expensive and has a reputation of bad service. Since Joining Axxess at the end of March 2015 I've been able to connect only at the end of April/beginning of May 2015. It always took several days for them to respond on my requests submitted by tickets and their 24/7 service is a ****!! They were unable to resolve my problem of not connecting and it was resolved by somebody from Netgear on settings which was supposed to be attended to by Axxess. Towards the end of last month and during this month I have posted a few tickets whereby I requested their support when I wanted to upgrade my dsl service, but I have not received anything from them except ignorance!! Unbelievable, it means more revenue to them I they ignored my requests!! I want out of this deal as its been a waste of money and time and I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone!!
