very very bad customer service

most useless and pathetic customer service on the planet ,oh and if its Friday you get no response or assistance out of anyone , when you do get assistance eventually it takes up to a week to resolve an issue because you get answered once a day and you just get told sorry this is how things are , or the customer care personal tells you the following , and im quoting a Nolubabalo Magadla "However, if you wish to cancel your service you can do so from the Control Panel. I have sent you the login details." I dont know who runs this circus but this is how you lose customers , i will make sure i post that email on every social media site possible to make axxess famous , this is unacceptable
