Very Very Bad Communication and Service

Very Very Bad Communication and Service, Extremely disappointed with Axxess. Their communication is shockingly poor. Instead of making any reasonable effort to contact customers when accounts fall into arrears, they simply send an email and expect that to be sufficient. There are no follow-up phone calls, no SMS notifications, and no urgency shown in ensuring that the customer is actually aware of the situation.

The next thing you know, while you're busy working and relying on your internet connection to run your business, your service is abruptly cut off. In today's world, many professionals work remotely, travel frequently, or spend most of their time outside the office. Emails are not always immediately visible, and not everyone sits in front of their inbox all day.

What makes this even more frustrating is that internet connectivity is often critical for business operations. Cutting off a client's service without making a genuine effort to contact them directly demonstrates a complete lack of customer care and understanding of how businesses operate.

Axxess seems more focused on disconnecting customers than maintaining relationships with them. Basic customer service principles dictate that before disrupting a client's service, especially one they depend on for work, there should be multiple communication channels used to reach them.

The lack of proactive communication, poor customer engagement, and sudden service interruptions create an incredibly frustrating customer experience. I would strongly urge Axxess to review their communication policies and start treating customers like valued clients rather than account numbers.

Very disappointing experience.
