Very ********* ISP with non-existent customer service

I purchased a service from them after being incorrectly informed by a salesperson. Now the service does not work and they continue to take my money every month. It is impossible to cancel (yes worse than Telkom) and my requests for a refund have been unsuccessful. They also do not reply to emails and the agents I deal with when calling in are very unhelpful. The switchboard is not well trained and continuously give you dead ends. I wonder if there is an ombud I can report them to
