Very Poor Support Service

This company was excellent before but there support service has been very bad since about two years ago. There must have been some major support staff changes at the company. On Axxess.co.za they state 24 HOUR SUPPORT provided. This is not true. When I call their own website listed no *** it rings for more than 30 minutes with no answer. Also on Axxess.co.za they list a WHATSAPP N***8. When I sent them a Whatsapp an AI robot replies "Our Whatsapp channel is only online Weekdays 008:00 -22:30, please call no ***." They send you around in an endless loop without providing the support. Then i tried their other option i.e. yesterday at 07:00 I sent them a "TICKET" via their Online Website Portal. It is now almost 30 hours later and i still get no response. They just do not care about their customers. Their AI robot also send me a customer feedback sms. I gave the lowest rating for support but there is no improvement. The only department which works well is their Bill Payment Reminders.
