Very poor service from Axxess internet

Very poor customer service. They claim no contract and month to month. All that is needed is a calendar months notice.

Now when I want to cancel I need to pay an amount of R499 in order for me to cancel. Their T and C does not state that at all.

When calling or emailing it takes days for a response
