Very poor service from axxess.

Their service is simply abysmal. For basic Internet, where I have not needed much in the way of support, things have been ok, but since I got a VOIP service, the wheels have come off. Support staff either don't know how to resolve issues or don't care enough to. I have gone weeks with no service. I would not recommend them as an ISP if you can avoid them.
